Photometrica is a scientific analysis application that lets you analyse remote astronomical CCD images online. Images do not have to be downloaded to your local computer, all work is done in the browser. This means that there is no software installation or maintainance, operating system is irrelevant, you can work from anywhere, and, if you want to, sharing images is easy. 1: Images are captured and calibrated at a remote observatory. 2: Images are automatically transferred to the Photometrica server. The images are plate solved and made available for your analysis as they arrive at the server. 3: Users access their images from anywhere via Internet. Only the user has access to this data, and no results of your analysis are stored, so you can be assured that the privacy of your observations are secure.
